Privacy Policy

Snatch & Dash · Last updated: 2 August 2026

The short version: You never need an account, and we never ask for your name, email, or contacts. To run the mobile game, show ads in it, handle optional purchases, and understand how it's used, we and trusted partners (Google AdMob for ads, PostHog for basic analytics, and RevenueCat for in-app purchases) process a limited amount of technical data, such as an advertising identifier, anonymous usage events, and purchase receipts. We never see your card details. We do not sell your personal information, and you can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your device settings at any time.

This Privacy Policy explains how the game Snatch & Dash (“the Game”, “we”, “us”, “our”), provided by Droguett Games, handles information when you play it — on the web, on Apple iOS, or on Google Android.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to provide any personal information directly — no name, email address, phone number, or contacts. To operate the Game, show advertising, and understand how the Game is used, we and our partners automatically process a limited amount of technical information:

Where required — including for users who may be children — we request non-personalized ads, which are based on the current context rather than a profile of your interests.

2. Information stored on your device

So the Game can remember your progress, it saves a small amount of data locally on your device (using your browser's or device's standard storage) — such as which levels you've completed, your stars and best scores, your gem balance and items, and your sound/music settings. This information stays on your device. We cannot see it, and it is not uploaded anywhere. You can erase it at any time by clearing your browser's site data (web) or deleting the Game (app).

3. Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases — a one-time “Premium” upgrade and in-game gem packs. All payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or receive your name, card number, or billing details.

To validate purchases, prevent fraud, and restore your content if you reinstall or change device, we use RevenueCat as our purchase-management partner. RevenueCat receives the app store's purchase receipt and transaction details — for example which item was purchased and when — linked to an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID, not to your name, email, or app store account. We also review this purchase data in aggregate to understand which items players buy. Your purchase itself remains governed by the app store's own terms and privacy policy.

4. Advertising and analytics

Advertising. The mobile app (iOS and Android) shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To do this, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and limited device data to serve and measure ads. Because the Game may appeal to children, we request non-personalized ads, which are based on context rather than your interests. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising / Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). The web version of the Game shows no ads.

Analytics. We use PostHog to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — such as which levels are played and basic performance — so we can improve the Game. This data is not used for advertising and is never sold. PostHog processes it on our behalf, and we have session recording disabled.

5. Children's privacy

The Game is suitable for a general audience and may appeal to children. We do not ask children — or anyone — for personal information, we do not require accounts, and we request non-personalized ads and enable child-directed treatment with our ad partner where applicable, so advertising is not based on a user's interests or profile. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (as defined by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, “COPPA”), under 16 (as relevant under the EU/UK GDPR), or any other age. Parents or guardians with questions may contact us using Section 11.

6. Third-party services

The Game relies on the following third parties, who process data under their own privacy policies, outside our direct control:

7. Your rights, choices, and how to delete your data

How to delete your data — the steps.

What is deleted, and what is kept. On-device data (progress, scores, gems, settings) is deleted immediately and completely when you uninstall or clear site data. Analytics events held by PostHog and purchase records held by RevenueCat are deleted on request as above. Advertising data held by Google AdMob is governed by Google's own retention policy (Section 6) and is reset when you reset your advertising identifier. We are required to keep basic transaction records for tax and accounting purposes for as long as Australian law requires, but these are held by the app stores, not by us, and contain no name or payment details.

Separately, you can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (see Section 4). Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA/CPRA (California) to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we hold only the limited technical data described above — most of it processed on our behalf by our partners — and we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those laws define, you can exercise these rights by contacting us (Section 11) or by using the partners' own controls linked in Section 6.

8. Data security

We do not keep a personal profile of you on our own servers. The limited data processed for ads and analytics is handled by our partners under their own security practices, and on-device data is protected by your own device's and browser's security.

9. Data retention

On-device data persists only until you clear it or uninstall the Game. Advertising and analytics data is retained by our partners according to their own retention policies (see Section 6).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this same address before the new practice takes effect.
